Job Summary

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies.
Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine appearance.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
Follow established safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns and report them promptly for resolution.
Adhere to facility standards for sanitation, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
Experience
Previous custodial or janitorial experience in healthcare settings preferred but not required..
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy items throughout shifts.
